We collect personal data that you provide to us, and personal data about the domestic helpers we represent. "Personal data" means data that can identify an individual.

• Enquiry details you submit: your name, your contact details, and the content of your message.
• Engagement details: information reasonably needed to match and place a domestic helper, where you proceed to engage us.
• Helper biodata: the names, photographs, and biodata of the helpers listed on this site, which we process to represent them to prospective employers.

How we use your personal data

We use the details you submit for a single stated purpose: Respond to your enquiry about engaging a domestic helper.

We do not reuse your personal data for any unrelated purpose without first obtaining your consent.

Consent

When you submit an enquiry, we ask for your explicit consent to collect and use your contact details for the purpose above. The consent checkbox is unticked by default and your submission is not accepted without it.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see "Contacting us" below). On withdrawal we stop using your data for that purpose, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain it.

Disclosure of your personal data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Your enquiry may be delivered to our own staff by a secure email notification so we can respond.

We disclose personal data only where the law requires it, or to the extent necessary to provide the services you have asked us for.

How long we keep your personal data

We retain your enquiry details for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing engagement with us. We do not keep personal data for longer than we need it.

How we protect your personal data

We apply reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. Personal data is accessed only through secured servers; this website ships no database access or credentials to your browser.

Your rights: access, correction, and withdrawal

Under the PDPA you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct data that is inaccurate, or withdraw a consent you have given. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
